The 5th of Annual Turkish-Japanese Night held by Aksan Law Firm, brought more than 10 Japanese companies together with Turkey's leading business people.

Turkey’s leading business people and Japanese investors had a remarkable opportunity to share their future investment plans in ‘The 5th Turkish-Japanese Night’. The economic cooperation of the two countries was discussed in the event. Along with the representatives of Japanese Companies, the representatives of the Japanese Consulate General, German Chamber of Commerce, DEIK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) officials, representatives of Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Jetro (Japan Foreign Trade Organization), MUSIAD, TUSIAD and representatives of the leading companies of the two countries attended to the Night.


JAPANESE INVESTORS’ RISING STAR “TURKEY”

Norio Ehara, the Consul General of Japan in Istanbul, said, "I am grateful to Aksan Law Firm for organizing this evening and the unique contribution to the development of the relationship between the two countries." said as the honored guest of the Night. 

Jan Nöther, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Germany, stated that the relationship between Turkey and Germany is based on a very close and tight relationship between the two countries and that this long-standing and ongoing bond will continue for a longer period of time. Mr. Nöther also emphasized that Turkey is a bridge between Germany and Japan.

İTO Parliament Speaker Şekip Avdagic also stated that the relationship of the two countries should be increased gradually.

During the Night, the guests tasted local dishes of Turkish and Japanese cuisine, and enjoyed the music of both countries. When opening the Night, our Founding Partner Muhammet Aksan said "Our roadmap is to improve the relationship between Turkish and Japanese companies and to open the way for these two friendly countries to work together in Asia and Africa."
