After getting his degree from Bahcesehir University, Melih completed his training in a specialized firm in the field of mergers and acquisitions. He graduated from the Economics Law master program of Bilgi University with a dissertation on “Removing Shareholders from Joint Stock Companies according to New Turkish Commercial Law and Squeeze-Out Institution”. He went to the USA to carry on his studies on corporate law. He completed his second master at University of California in Berkeley, one of the top 10 law schools in the USA and graduated from two of his courses with honors. Also, Melih completed the courses International Political Economics, Management and Incentives in Modern Organizations, Legal Writing and Commercial Law and Practice with academic credits at London School of Economics, Harvard University, and University of Cambridge.
