Elif Öksüzler graduated from the Faculty of Law at İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent University in the year 2023. She is proficient in English and has also received French language education. Throughout her undergraduate years, she engaged in various projects in different fields such as law, debate, and psychology, actively participating in social initiatives.
