We are delighted to announce that Mr. Onur Ergün has joined our firm as a “partner”, effective December 9, 2019.
Mr. Ergün concentrates his practice in the areas of complex mergers & acquisitions transactions, corporate governance and commercial law matters, privatizations, banking & finance law issues and capital markets transactions.
He is a graduate of Istanbul Erkek Lisesi and Istanbul University, School of Law. He received his LL.M. degree in Berlin Freie Universität in 2005.
